Nozzle heaters can be subjected to loads all the way up to 5 W/cm2, resulting in a speedy, stable working temperature of the workpiece.

All of our mica nozzle heaters are constructed from the best quality materials, ensuring high dielectric strength and maximum heat transfer. Using the highest quality nickel chrome resistance tape, all heaters are wound to computer design specifications for superior heat distribution. Temperatures are recommended up to 300° C!
